DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

In the app (instant)

1. Sign in and open the Hub tab.
2. Tap Edit at the bottom.
3. Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted straight away.

Can't sign in?

Reset your password first, or email hello@lawnhub.club from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my LawnHub account”. We'll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

Everything linked to your account: your login, name, email, phone, photo, skill rating, availability and reserve history, team history, goals and assists, votes and awards, trophy cards, payment-tracker entries and “I've paid” claims, captain notes about you, and reminder subscriptions.

What's kept

Stripe keeps its own record of any card payments you made for reserve sessions, as the law requires. A private backup taken before an update may hold a copy for up to 90 days before it's deleted. Nothing else is kept. See the privacy policy.
